What we do
Safar Injaz ("Safar Injaz", "we") is a private, UAE-based business providing Saudi visa and documentation support. We check, prepare and coordinate applications and documents on your behalf, including through partners in other countries. We are not a government office, an embassy or a visa centre, and we are not affiliated with any authority. Safar Injaz provides assistance and coordination subject to applicable regulations and service-provider authorisations. Visa issuance and approval remain with the relevant authorities.
Who decides the outcome
Government authorities, embassies and consulates decide every application and set their own processing times. We can't guarantee an approval, a visa or a date, and we can't speed up a decision or buy appointment slots. What we can do is make sure your file is complete and correct before it is submitted, follow it up, and keep you updated.
Fees
- Government fees are set and charged by the authorities. We show them separately from our fee, with the official source, and pass them on as they are. They can change; if a government fee changes before your application is submitted, we tell you before going ahead.
- Our service fee is for the work we do. You see it, and the government fees, before you commit.
- Payment and refunds: the payment and refund terms for your job are agreed with you in writing before we start. Government fees that have already been paid to an authority are generally outside our control.
What we need from you
- Genuine documents and accurate information. We won't submit anything we believe is false or altered.
- Your approval before we submit an application or book an appointment for you.
- Prompt word if anything changes, such as your travel dates, your passport or your contact details.
Your documents
We look after the documents you give us and use them only for the job you asked for. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
