- Usual timeline (estimate)
- Usually 5–15 working days, depending on the country and case
- All timelines are estimates and depend on the relevant authorities and individual circumstances.
- Fees

You're probably here because
- Your Saudi employer has obtained your work visa, and it now has to be processed at the Saudi embassy or consulate in your country.
- You are an employer in Saudi Arabia with new staff waiting for visa stamping in their home countries.
- You are an international agent and want one point of contact for document checks, medicals and appointments.
- You are not sure which documents, medical or attestation the job title needs before the embassy stage.
- A file was returned for a missing or incorrect document, and you want it checked before it goes back.
What to send us
Start with clear copies. We'll tell you if and when an original is needed.
- Passport, which we check against the Saudi mission's current validity rules
- Visa details and the employer's electronic authorisation (Wakala)
- Recent photos to the mission's specification
- Educational or professional qualifications, attested where the job title needs it
- Medical examination report: through Wafid in the countries it covers, otherwise from a medical centre accredited by the Saudi mission (we help you arrange it)
- Police clearance certificate, only where the Saudi mission in your country asks for one
- Any other documents the mission or the job title requires. We confirm the full list for your country before you start.
How it works
Requirements and quotation
Share the visa details, the applicant's nationality and the country where the visa will be processed. We confirm the current requirements and give you a quotation with a clear breakdown of service charges and government fees.Document check
We check the passport, photos, qualifications and visa details, and tell you early if anything is missing or needs attestation, QVP or SCE accreditation.Medical, biometrics and appointments
We coordinate the medical examination and book the appointments the case needs, including biometrics (fingerprints and a photo) at a Saudi visa service centre where the mission requires them.Submission and follow-up
The file is lodged with the Saudi embassy or consulate through the channel the case uses, such as the recruitment office named on the employer's authorisation. We coordinate with them and keep you updated.Visa and passport
When the visa is issued, the passport is returned where it was submitted. In many countries the visa is now electronic and linked to the passport instead of a sticker. We confirm what comes next.
What we don't do
Being clear about this up front saves you time and money.
- We don't issue visas and can't influence a decision. The Saudi embassy or consulate decides every application.
- We don't obtain the work visa itself. Your employer does that in Saudi Arabia, through Qiwa for companies or Musaned for domestic workers.
- We can't buy appointment slots, speed up processing or promise a date. Our timelines are estimates.
- We don't handle iqama, residency or other procedures inside Saudi Arabia after arrival.
- We are a private service, not the Saudi embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a visa service centre or Wafid, and we are not affiliated with them.
Safar Injaz provides assistance and coordination subject to applicable regulations and service-provider authorisations. Visa issuance and approval remain with the relevant authorities.

Questions about work visa stamping
What does visa stamping mean if my visa is electronic?
Stamping is the common name for the final step, when the Saudi embassy or consulate issues the work visa against your passport. In many countries the visa is now issued electronically and linked to the passport instead of as a sticker. We tell you which applies in your country.
Do I need a medical examination?
Yes, a medical report is part of the work visa file. In countries covered by the Gulf Health Council's Wafid programme, the examination is booked through Wafid and done at the assigned medical centre. In other countries it is done at a medical centre accredited by the Saudi mission. We help you arrange it.
Do I need to give fingerprints?
Only where the Saudi mission requires it. Then the applicant gives biometrics (fingerprints and a photo) at a Saudi visa service centre such as Tasheer. The rule depends on the country, so we check it for your case.
Can you handle visas for several workers?
Yes. We work with employers and international agents as well as individual applicants. Send the visa details and the countries involved, and we will confirm what each file needs and coordinate them through our partner network.
How long does stamping take?
Usually 5 to 15 working days, depending on the country and the case. This is our estimate, not an official processing time. All timelines are estimates and depend on the relevant authorities and individual circumstances.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the applicant's country, the visa category and the documents needed. Contact us for a personalised quotation. We give you a clear breakdown of our service charges and the applicable government fees before proceeding.
