- Varies by visa type and authority
- All timelines are estimates and depend on the relevant authorities and individual circumstances.

You're probably here because
- You plan to visit Saudi Arabia for tourism, family visits, events or Umrah, and want to know which visa route you can use.
- You live in the UAE or another GCC country and want to check whether your residence lets you apply for the eVisa.
- Your nationality is not on the eVisa list, and you need to apply through a visa centre or the Saudi embassy.
- You are arranging a trip for family members or a group and want the applications prepared correctly.
What to send us
Start with clear copies. We'll tell you if and when an original is needed.
- Passport valid for at least six months from your date of entry
- A recent passport photo
- Residency details, if you live in a GCC country, such as your UAE residence visa
- Details of a valid US, UK or Schengen visa, or US, UK or EU permanent residence, if you are applying on that basis
- Supporting documents, where the application asks for them
- For applicants under 18: details of the parent or legal guardian travelling with them
How it works
Eligibility check
Tell us your nationality, where you live and why you are travelling. We check which route applies: the eVisa, a visa on arrival, or a visa centre or Saudi embassy.Documents
We tell you what to prepare, then check your passport, photo and supporting documents before anything is submitted.Application
With your permission, we complete the application through the official channel. Health insurance is required and is arranged as part of the visa application.Decision
The Saudi authorities decide the application. We share the outcome and explain the visa's conditions, such as how long you can stay.
What we don't do
Being clear about this up front saves you time and money.
- We don't issue visas and can't influence a decision. Approval and entry are decided by the Saudi authorities.
- We don't book flights, hotels or travel packages.
- We can't arrange Hajj. Hajj is not allowed on a tourist visa and needs a separate Hajj visa.
- A tourist visa is not a work visa. For employment you need a Saudi work visa, which our work visa stamping service covers.
- We are a private service, not the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or a visa centre. You can always apply directly on the official platforms.
Safar Injaz provides assistance and coordination subject to applicable regulations and service-provider authorisations. Visa issuance and approval remain with the relevant authorities.

Questions about tourist visas
Can I apply for the Saudi eVisa myself?
Yes. Tourist visas are applied for on the official Saudi visa platforms, and you can apply directly. We help if you want your eligibility checked, your documents prepared and the application completed with your permission.
Can UAE residents get a Saudi tourist visa?
Residents of GCC countries, including UAE residents, may be eligible for the eVisa, and can usually add close family members (spouse, parents, children) to their application. Conditions apply, so we check your residence details first.
What if my nationality is not eligible for the eVisa?
If you hold a valid US, UK or Schengen visa, or permanent residence in the US, UK or EU, you may be able to get the eVisa or a visa on arrival. Otherwise, the tourist visa may be issued through a visa centre or a Saudi embassy. We check which route applies to you.
How long can I stay?
The multiple-entry tourist visa is usually valid for one year and allows stays of up to 90 days. It cannot be extended. We confirm the conditions of your visa when it is issued.
Can I perform Umrah on a tourist visa?
Muslim visitors can usually perform Umrah on a tourist visa outside the Hajj season, with an Umrah permit through the Nusuk platform. Makkah is open to Muslim visitors only. During the Hajj season, visit and tourist visa holders cannot enter or stay in Makkah; the dates are announced each year.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your nationality, the visa route and the documents needed. Contact us for a personalised quotation. We give you a clear breakdown of our service charges and the applicable government fees before proceeding.
