Who we are

Safar Injaz ("Safar Injaz", "we") is a UAE-based provider of Saudi visa and documentation support. For anything about your personal data, message us on WhatsApp or call +971 58 695 4936.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for:

  • your name and WhatsApp number;
  • your email address, if you choose to give it;
  • the service you are asking about, and your message, if you write one;
  • your answers to the form's optional questions about your request (for example whether you are an employer, an agent or an applicant, the country where the visa will be processed, a nationality, or the type of document) and when you need it;
  • your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it.

With the enquiry, the website also records:

  • the page you sent it from;
  • how you found the website, such as a search engine, another website or a campaign link (described under "How you found us" below);
  • your browser's technical description (its "user agent"), which helps us spot automated spam;
  • a scrambled, one-way version (a hash) of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

The website does not accept document uploads. If you send us documents, you do that on WhatsApp.

When you tap a WhatsApp button

We log the click with a short reference code (for example SI-7F3K2), the page and button you used, the service it relates to and how you found the website, plus a hash of your IP address. This log contains no name, number or message. The reference code is added to the message WhatsApp opens with, so that if you send it, we can see which page your chat started from. Your conversation itself takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

The WhatsApp buttons inside the enquiry form also put your answers to the form's questions in that message. If you tap "Continue on WhatsApp" after sending the form, the message opens with those answers and your enquiry reference, and we link that tap to your enquiry.

How you found us

To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, the website keeps a small record in your browser's local storage (named si_attr): campaign tags from the link you arrived through, the website that referred you, the first page you landed on and the date. It holds no personal details, and values that look like an email address or phone number are discarded. You can remove it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.

Analytics

When it is switched on, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how the website is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. We never send names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text to it.

When you contact us directly

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send, including copies of documents, and use it to provide the service you asked for.

How we use your details

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for.
  • To keep a record of your enquiry and the work we do for you.
  • To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, using the source information above.

We do not sell your details, and we use them only for the purposes listed here.

Our legal basis

We process the details you give us with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and to provide the service you request. We follow the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL). You can withdraw your consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling +971 58 695 4936; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who processes your details for us

  • Website hosting: the website runs on Vercel, which may process IP addresses in technical logs to deliver and secure the site.
  • Database: enquiries are stored in a database at a managed PostgreSQL provider. Only our staff can see them, after signing in to our admin system.
  • Email notifications: when an enquiry arrives, its details may be emailed to our business mailbox through an email delivery provider (Resend).
  • Email: our business mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Mail, which stores enquiry notifications and the emails and documents you send us.
  • Analytics: Google, when Google Analytics is switched on.
  • Messaging: WhatsApp, for conversations you start with us there.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE. We use them only to run the website and provide our services. When a government authority, embassy or consulate needs your details or documents for an application you have asked us to make, we share what that application requires. When a procedure takes place in another country, we share with our partner there only the details and documents that procedure needs.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any service that follows, and to keep the records the law requires. When we no longer need them, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, as described below.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your details, where we don't need to keep them for a service or by law;
  • stop or restrict using your details, or withdraw your consent.

Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 58 695 4936 and tell us what you would like. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we only ever release or change details for the person they belong to.

Keeping your details safe

Enquiries are reached only through a staff login, IP addresses are stored only as a hash, and the website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to limit who can see your details and why.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
